Because of an increasing amount of pollutants and toxins in the air and our foods, it’s all the more important to take care of the liver as it becomes harder to do the same.

BANANAS
Bananas are full of potassium, which makes it a staple in many diets. Bananas also help in digestion and release metals and toxins which in turn helps the liver to function better.

Blueberries have nutrients that protect against diseases. Dark chocolate, olives, and plums also help reduce the risk of liver dysfunction.

Broccoli isn’t the tastiest of foods, but it’s healthy for you. It’s one of the best veggies for the liver.
COFFEE
