The liver removes and purges toxins, breaks down hormones, detoxifies the blood, digests fat, and stores essential minerals and vitamins. Indeed, it is one of the hardest working organs.
Because of an increasing amount of pollutants and toxins in the air and our foods, it’s all the more important to take care of the liver as it becomes harder to do the same.

Green tea is full of with catechins – an antioxidant that protects against many forms of cancer, including the liver.
